Hello, everybody, and welcome to The Econ Clubhouse. It is amazing to have you as a member. Inside of this course, you are going to learn the lessons that I have learned about earning money with print on demand, both with Shopify and on Etsy. And also before I begin, I just wanna give you a quick congratulations to congratulate you for taking action to change your life. I think that is genuinely very awesome. And there's something else I'd like to do quickly before we get started. Our time zone is in New Zealand's time zone so it's a bit unusual. You can check out the time zone calculator on the contact us page to see what the time zone is here when you email us. I do have to note though that because we are not a mastermind, we do not provide 1 to 1 support. However, we do provide support for technical questions such as accessing your account. So please do feel free to email us with those sorts of questions. So in other words, if you're having any login issues or you've forgotten your password or you have any issues with your account, 1 of our team will email you back ASAP. Secondly, if you do have some questions that are not technical support related that you would like to ask me directly, let me show you a way that you can do that that is exclusive to members of the Ecom Clubhouse. And it's this. It's our live q and a hangouts. Each month, I host a live q and a hangout. On these live sessions, I answer questions directly from the audience. You can also email in your questions in advance and I will answer as many questions as I can. I also post replays on the Hangouts. So if you want, you can actually go back and watch all of the Hangouts that we've ever done. And I should note, there is no other live streaming that I do on the internet. This is something that I exclusively do for members of the ecom clubhouse. And thirdly, I also want to note that even though 1 on 1 support is not included with the course, there are plenty of ways to message and email people that can help you. Don't forget, Printify have a free live chat support and and they can help you with any questions you have about using their website and app, such as any issues you have with uploading a picture or connecting them to the app. And also, Printful have a free live chat support too and Shopify have free 24 7 live chat support. They could even go into your account and store and they can directly make a lot of changes for you. And Canva also has free email support. You can click the chatbot and tell them the question that you have and you can tell them that you want to email your question to a human. In my experience, they reply insanely fast. Their record for me is replying within 4 minutes. And also, something else that you should know is that whenever you are ready to cancel your subscription to the ecom clubhouse, you can do that by yourself at any time instantly. Just click on your membership profile and click the cancel button. A pop up will appear asking for confirmation. Confirm, and that's it. You are canceled. We highly recommend that you cancel it yourself as canceling it yourself is instant. Unlike if you email us and ask us to cancel it for you, there will be a delay. But if you click cancel yourself, it'll happen instantly. So now that I've gotten that housekeeping out of the way, let me show you some of the cool things that you're going to be learning inside the ecom clubhouse. Step 1 is all about choosing your niche. So a niche means a specialized segment of the market for a particular kind of product or service. So for example, that could be a customer that has a particular type of interest or hobby, such as animals or even more specifically, dogs. Or it could instead be a customer niche that's working towards specific types of goals or has specific types of needs such as stay at home parents. Or perhaps, it's a type of niche customer that has an interest in a type of aesthetic such as being interested in the boho hippie aesthetic. And let me be clear about something. No 1 has to choose a niche if they don't want to. I understand that not everybody wants to niche down, but in my personal experience, it's been much easier for me to have success if I choose to niche down, which is why in step 1, I'm gonna be going through my 3 step process for doing this. Next, in step 2, it will focus on product research, creation, and sourcing. There'll be videos that cover a range of different ways that you can create print on demand designs. And as a bonus, there'll be videos in sourcing drop shipping products from AliExpress if you'd like to add them into your store as well. Then in step 3, I'm gonna show you how you can build stores which, thanks to apps like Printify, practically run themselves on autopilot. Yep. There are 2 types of stores that we'll be building inside this course. You'll learn how to build and set up an Etsy store, and you'll also learn how to build and set up a Shopify store. And I should clarify, you don't have to build an Etsy store and you don't have to build a Shopify store. You don't have to do both. You can just build whatever you would like. I actually created an introduction video for step 3, which is dedicated to helping you choosing this, but I'll be honest. Usually, I recommend picking both if you can. And the reason why I prefer this diversified strategy is that you will then able to make money from multiple different sources, which means your income is diversified, which in my personal experience has been very valuable and it's a big relief to have my income be diversified. There will also be additional bonus training in here showing how you can add an AliExpress drop shipping products into a Shopify store if you choose to create 1. That is optional and I do want to note that if you want to skip over any of the bonus drop shipping training, that's absolutely fine. You can just watch the video lessons that apply to you. And then in step 4, you'll discover ways to increase the conversions in a Shopify store if you choose to set 1 up. And personally, I think that this is a very good example of that, why it's great to not just set up an Etsy store and to also be diversified into having your own Shopify store because on Etsy, you are very limited in the ways that you can edit your store. But on Shopify, you have enormous amounts of flexibility with the types of apps that you can add into it, which can drastically increase your conversions and money that you earn from each sale. And then in step 5, I'm gonna be sharing my lessons for generating traffic to a store. We'll discuss free traffic methods such as SEO, but we'll also discuss paid traffic methods such as my secret 5 dollars a day Etsy ad strategy, which is, by the way, a detailed look into my strategy, which I have never shared on the YouTube channel and that I plan to currently never share on there. It is information that I plan to keep exclusive for just members of the ecom clubhouse. And then in step 6, you'll learn how to manage the store sales, such as what to do when a customer buys an item from you on Printify. But as you'll see, this is the shortest step because the truth is there really isn't much that I have to do because apps like Printify print, package, and ship items for my customers automatically and apps like Shopify and Etsy automatically email customers notifications. There isn't much I really have to do. That is why for me, this is 1 of my favorite online businesses and sources of income. But I also want to be very upfront with you. I will never make you any income promises because as I've said multiple times on the YouTube channel, starting any business, including a print on demand business, is not a magical source of instant money. Nope. Instead, a successful business is when you do these 3 things well. 1, you find, source, or create amazing products that customers want. 2, you put those products in front of the right customers. And 3, you give those customers a great reason to buy through presenting your products in a professional, engaging way. That's it. No magical money. No tricks. However, doing all of these 3 things well are skills just like cooking is a skill and you can't learn to cook just from reading cookbooks, can you? No. You have to actually cook. It's through practicing and actually cooking over and over again that you learn to be a master chef. Yes, cookbooks can be very helpful but they are just that. They are helpful. They are not a replacement for actually cooking. And just like how some people are naturally really good at cooking, some people are going to be naturally really good at doing these 3 things that make up a successful business, and those people will likely see fast success and potentially start turning a profit in their store quickly. But everybody is on their own individual journey at learning and getting good at these 3 skills. There is no guarantee about how long it's going to take somebody to get good at them. And so unfortunately, my videos can't replace knowledge that you'll learn through practice, implementation, and time.
