Hello, and welcome back to another video lesson. And this 1 is gonna be a lot of fun because we are gonna be discussing something that I have created called the cross niche. We talk about it on the YouTube channel before and within this video course because it's a formula that I use a lot, and it is a very big part of how I come up with, winning designs. This is usually the formula that I use to create them. So here's what the cross niche formula is in case you have never heard of it before. What I do is I come and I find, products like this that are really popular. So this here is, a this is a shirt based on the 6 7 meme. Now, the 6 7 meme, if you've never heard about it before, is a meme which is popular with generation alpha and generation z, and it came about through TikTok and Instagram reels. So depending upon what age bracket you're in and what generation you're from, you've possibly have never heard of this meme before. But, basically, what it is is that if you see the number 6 and the number 7 together, that it's a joke. So somebody capitalized on this and made this t shirt here, probably using AI, and this was really, really successful. So, you can see that in, the past month here on Amazon, 4000 people have bought it or 4000 plus. And the way it works on Amazon is that it's in sales brackets. So they'll tell you, you know, 3000 plus people bought this, 4000 plus people bought this, 5000 plus people bought this. So we know that somewhere between 4000 to 4999 people bought this. So, I mean, if we just do the math there, you know, 4000 times 16 dollars and 99 cents for this shirt is over 67000 dollars in sales. So this is a really popular design. Right? And the hands, by the way, that's part of, 1 of the viral videos, to do with this meme. There is a hand gesture. So that's what this is referencing. So this t shirt concept took off. And you check this out here. Right? Somebody made this Christmas version, which has had over 3000 sales. Again, probably using AI. I don't know if they're using AI. Can't, confirm that per se, but I suspect it was probably made with the help of AI. So this here would be a great example of a cross niche. And as you can see, very, very successful with that with Hero 3000 sales. This is a cross niche because it takes a popular idea, the 6 7 meme shirt design, and it crosses it together with a new niche, Christmas, to create something new. So this is targeting a very different audience to this t shirt here, but it uses the same layout and style. So you're targeting a new customer base, by, taking a style of shirt which has been proven to be popular but crossing it together with a new niche. And you come here and you take a look at this 1. This 1 does the same thing. Somewhere between 400 to 500 people have bought this in the past month. This is targeting, a younger crowd, a younger, girl crowd that like unicorns and, that sort of aesthetic. And then you got this 1 here. This 1 here is, largely targeting teachers, particularly math teachers because if you do the math, this comes out to be 6 7. This is a different style, from just having the 6 7 shirt, but this is the thing. You can take the concept, like, the original concept of having 6 7 on a shirt, and you can find new ways to showcase it. So this 1 has done that here by having the math equation. This 1 here has, taken it, but, combined it with, history, mainly and teachers. This 1 here takes 6 7, but it combines it with, a a massive of drippy ice cream, which is very popular with, Gen Alpha and, some parts of Gen Z. Same thing here, the 6 and the 7, but it's also combining the ice cream with baseball. So this also targets the baseball crowd, and then you take this 1 here. There's a general meme within, Gen Alpha, and, some parts of Gen z of brain rot. So there are certain characters that are associated with, the idea about brain rot, and they've crossed them together here to create this. So that is what the cross niche formula is, and you can see examples of this here. So let me show you how I do this using AI. Now for this, I'm going to be using ChatGPT, but you could use any chatbot that you like. So I find that ChatGPT is very creative, which is 1 of the reasons why I really, really like using it for this. But let's say, for example, that you prefer to use Gemini. Well, you could absolutely use Gemini, or you could use Claude or whatever chatbot that you prefer. For me, though, I like ChatGPT, so that is what I'll be doing here. Alright. So there are 2 different ways that we are going to do this. The first way is we're going to use ChatGPT or any other AI chatbot to help us do a general brainstorming session on the different types of niches that we could cross niche with our design that we have found that we know has a popular format to go along with it. So, the way that we would do that is we would simply come and, ideally, if you can, upload any screenshots that you can find of product listings that have done well with this particular style to be able to give ChatGPT or whatever AI chatbot that you're using some context and to then explain what you want. I have noticed that the 6 7 meme is popular as a t shirt design. Someone originally created a standard 6 7. Uploaded. But then other people started combining this style with other niches like Christmas history, unicorns, baseball, etcetera, and it is popular. Would like to come up with 20 new ideas for other niches I could target with this same style. You can see that it is analyzing the images that we uploaded. And here we go. It has come up with a bunch of different general niche ideas for us. And then if you have any of these that you are particularly interested in, for example, the dinosaur theme after roll, the 6 7 t shirt design is aimed at, younger crowd, and younger crowd often enjoys dinosaurs. So you could say, can you come up with 10 dinosaur specific ideas, please? It will come up with a bunch of them for you. So this is 1 way that you can do cross, cross niche formula research, but there is another way which I'm gonna show you now. Okay. Let me show you the second way that I used ChatChiPT to help me with the cross niche formula. So before we used ChatChiPT to help us just come up with niches in general, right, we didn't have any niches in mind that we wanted to use. Well, what if you do? So you take this t shirt here. This t shirt here is in the math niche. Yes. If you were to complete this equation, it would come to 6 7, as in 67. So this is part of the 6 7 meme t shirt niche, and it's part of the math niche. But this is actually a separate niche altogether, and that is the hidden message niche. The hidden message niche is 1 which can be surprisingly popular. So you take this mug here. This is a very it's a very popular mug on, Amazon. This is a hidden message. The message is rude, so I won't say what it is, but you can read it if you want. This is a hidden message in a mug, and it has been very popular. This t shirt here was 1 of the, more popular programming t shirts in the past because this was a hidden message. So hidden message designs can be very popular. And so this is not a very overt, sub niche. And ChatGPT is extremely unlikely to come up with this by itself because the way that AI chatbots work is, they instead of looking for, what they do is they look for they look for the more obvious data points. And so what they'll do is they take a bunch of data and they analyze the data, and they are very good at being able to notice patterns and trends. The thing about this, though, is that, you know, if you look here, there's no message. There's no there's no text here about this being a, a hidden message, nothing like that. To be able to recognize that this is a hidden message, we have to be, reading the subtext of what this T shirt is because there's nothing telling us directly that it is a hidden message. So if you're just asking ChatTPT for ideas for niches to be able to combine 6, 7 with, It's unlikely to come up with this because there's no overt data pulling it that way. But the really cool thing is that as humans, we aren't just using data to come up with decisions. We're also using our emotions. So when I saw this t shirt, I had a reaction. I went, That is funny. I felt that it was funny. And so because I felt that it was funny, I was drawn to it. And I thought, why is it funny? And it's funny because it's a hidden message. So I was able to pick up on the fact that the reason why this was popular was because it was a hidden message because I was using my own personal emotions to be able to, to analyze it. And, you know, AI chatbots do not have emotions. They do not have feelings. So they can't use emotions and feelings to, make decisions. But we can, and that gives us an advantage when it comes to niche research. So I went and decided to see if I could find any more data points to be able to support my observation that I had seen through feelings and thought, are there any other hidden message, shirts on Amazon with the 6, 7 meme? And there was. There was this 1 here that had been uploaded not that, quite recently. And, it had had between 300 to 399 sales in the past month. And, this is also a hidden message. If you know, you know. So it's not that hidden, obviously. Like, this is pretty this is pretty basic, but it shows a passion here, ourselves. We can see that, that people, like 6, 7 if it's combined in a clever way as a hidden message. So what you can do is you can use your own emotions. You can use your own feelings to spot opportunities. And when you do, you can then come to your AI of choice, which name for me is Chat GPT, and get it to help you with that. So what I'm gonna do is this time around, I'm going to upload some screenshots of hidden message products to give chat g p t context to what I mean when I say I want something with a hidden message. And then I'm gonna come and combine, upload, the, the original shirt context as well. I have noticed that 6 7 is a popular, T shirt style because of the meme. And I noticed that the T shirts what is a hidden message, like the math T shirt I have uploaded and the Tully t shirt I have uploaded being popular too. And I noticed that hidden message products in general are popular. She, the programmer hidden message t shirt and the office mic. Can you come up with 20 ideas for ways that I could create a hidden message t shirt design around the meme 6 7. Up with a bunch of these. Now something that is interesting about this is that we can think to ourselves, okay, well, who is the, target customer for the shirt? The target customer for these shirts are people who either are young themselves, who are either part of Gen Alpha, who who are a part of Gen z, or people who are adjacent to, to to gen alpha or gen z. So for example, teachers. Teachers who are teaching kids or or teenagers or, parents who have kids or teenagers that are constantly using the 6 7 meme around them. And so what we can do then is we can look at these and go, okay. Well, some of these are probably not that relevant to g, z and g now. First of all, say, k. Which ones do you think are more targeted towards the, the targeted the target customer base, gen alpha and gen z. Here we go. Got a bunch of ones which are, much more obvious, to them, and so they are far more likely to do well than the other 1. And looking at this here, I like the idea of, the barcode. I like the idea of the barcode. Is there any other based on this that you can come up with? And here it has. And tell you what, something that I just noticed within this here is the QR code. The QR code is a very, interesting idea. Could I have a QR code code that, when scanned takes you to 6 7 me. Now it's giving me a bunch of different ideas for this. So I think that we've got ourselves a very cool idea here. We could create a t shirt that is very similar to this 1 here, if you know, you know. But instead of it being tally marks, you could have this phrase here, if you know, you know, with a QR code. And then with the help of chat g p t here, I've been able to come up with different ideas for way for ways that you could, direct that QR code that you create, and you could have it go towards, for example, like a TikTok or, like, to to, to a TikTok or YouTube video, or to a meme explainer page, which is a really cool idea. So I'm gonna actually do something else quickly right now. I just paused the video to do quick search on Amazon because something that I wanted to do is I wanted to double check to see if this design had been done yet or if we were gonna be creating a new cross niche design. And it turns out that it hasn't been done. It sort of has been done, but not in a very good way, not in the way that we are planning to do it, which means that we can come in and we can have a unique product design. Because you can see someone has come ahead and put it in as a QR code, but they've given it away because they've included 6 7 on the QR code. I don't actually know if this would work if you were to scan it and if it would take you anywhere or not. But regardless, the whole entire point of our t shirt design is that it's supposed to be a hidden message. It's supposed to be that you have to go through the hidden message and then that will add context to if you know you know. Same with this 1 here. You have to do the math to be able to figure out what the what the t shirt is. And so simply having the t shirt say 6 7, completely defeats the entire point. So this is a unique opportunity. This is a unique design idea that someone else has not done yet, and so we could come in and we could create our own hidden message t shirt that would add something new and target a new customer base. So hopefully, you can see here the power in being able to use ChatChi Petit to help you do the cross niche formula. And again, you can, use any other chatbot you want as well, so don't have to use Chativity. You could use, Gemini too or Claude or whatever you like.
