In this step, we are going to edit the confirmation email that our customers receive. We are going to edit this email to let our customers know estimated shipping times as a reminder.

The estimated shipping time will depend on how you have chosen to fulfill orders. Remember if you are shipping your items from Aliexpress, it’s going to take 2 to 4 weeks to be sent to the USA from China, and usually 3-7 business days if being shipped domestically within the USA.

And if you’re sourcing your items from print on demand providers, then it’s going to take 2-7 business days for processing, and then 2-5 business days for the customer to receive their item through the postal service.

Most customers are happy to wait as long as you’re selling a unique, original item that they can’t just buy at their local mall, and they will be happy that you have let them know about the shipping times in advance, which is why I recommend updating the email confirmation.

Let’s start! In the dashboard, click Settings and then click Notifications.

Click Order Confirmation.

Then type in your custom email message here then click Save.

It’s that easy, you have now updated your auto-confirmation email!
